A Pair of Antique Hand Carved Panels in Oak. We love shopping for these panels when we are in Europe. Our customers love to use them as featured wall hangings. I recently hung them on either side of a television on a clients wall in his office. Great for a den, library or man cave. Almost anywhere where you want to add character.

Carolyn's love for all things beautiful inspires her to seek classic Antiques that fit well in American homes. Personal Insights
Carolyn has had a career as a designer and artist. She loves Antiques and specializes in French Furniture and enjoys decorating with smaller Antiques from England. They blend together for a elegant presentation for customers homes. Carolyn and Ray live on a few acres in the Texas Hill Country. They remodeled and redesigned a German rock home built in 1917. Taking it from a German Farm style to a French Country home. The Rothwell's office is located on the property along with a warehouse and guest house that is re-designed into a French Country Barn.
The Guest House and a special studio in the warehouse is where furniture pieces are staged for pictures for EBay. Carolyn has several areas where Antiques can be photographed in their home. This allows customers to imagine how the Rothwell Antiques can look in a home setting.
Ray is a retired Insurance Executive. He joined in with Carolyn after his retirement and handles the Sales and Shipping. He loves working with their customers and they enjoy Ray's easy southern charm. Many of the customers send Ray pictures with their Antiques in place in their homes. He has a great shipping team and works with his shippers hand in glove until the items arrive safely at their destination.
Ray and Carolyn travel together to Europe and areas throughout the US to gather items. They work directly with suppliers from Europe. Carolyn hand picks her inventory while Ray examines the items for quality and condition. A good team.
PAYMENTS
• We accept Pay Pal and all Major Credit Cards and Pay Pal Credit is also available.
• Layaways are accepted. Payments must be made according to the agreement made, or the item will be returned to inventory without refund. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction closing.
• Sales Tax is Charged in Texas only.
SHIPPING
• Smaller Items will be shipped by UPS and USPS. Howard Products are shipped by USPS and will ship in two days. Small furniture and decorative pieces will be professionally boxed and shipped UPS. Furniture and decorative items may take two to three weeks.
• Shipping occurs by one of the following: Blanket Wrap (available in many areas-delivery inside), Freight (door to door in many areas), GPX (terminal to terminal, customer pick up at shipping terminal nearest home) or UPS /USPS (small items).
• Phone numbers required for all shipping.
RETURNS & DAMAGE
• Returns are very rare. We work to ensure each piece is described accurately and shamelessly. Our images are taken using professional equipment in a studio space to ensure the utmost in clarity. We cannot be responsible for the differences in color that may occur on the large variety of computer monitors.
• We also encourage customers to ask questions prior to purchase.
• If you need to make a return, you must notify us immediately upon receipt of your purchase. You will then have 14 days to return the item.
• In order for a return and subsequent refund to be processed, the item must be received back in the same condition as originally shipped.
• Provided these conditions are met, we will immediately refund your total amount paid, minus the actual original packaging and shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.
DAMAGE
In the unfortunate event that shipping damage occurs, please retain all of the original packaging including box, wrapping, crate etc. You MUST notify us immediately, as claims must be filed within two days of your receipt of the item.
We will arrange a pick up with the shipper, at your convenience. Once the shipper receives the item back and the claim is processed, you will be issued a full refund.
