Antique Wooden Drawer Dovetail Ivory inlay knobs, lock & Key Sideboard?

This auction is for an antique draw with false two drawer front.  I believe the drawer is oak with the front mahogany.  It is dove tailed and very well made.  There are 4 knobs with mother of pearl or ivory inlay.  I believe one knob is a replacement The inlaid piece is more round.  The post is smaller and paper was used to make the whole smaller.  It has come loose and I am leaving it that way in case someone wants to replace it.  The other knobs are the old wood screw in kind.  The other inlay pieces have varying degrees of wear.  The dovetail and pin look hand maide, victorian.  The drawer has a lock and a key.  I found no manufacturer marks.  A lot of the work looks to be by hand.  I found no screws, the knobs push in.  The drawer measures approximately 18" deep, 11-3/4" tall and 12" wide.  I believe it came out of an old Sideboard.  This would be a great salvage piece to build a small table around.
