RESTORATION DETAILS...I cleaned these of rust & hand buffed the steel, restored the steel & wood wheel with satin laquer, this protects everything & showcases the wood
MOUNTING: hardware NOT included for mounting these to your project
THE WOOD IS RARE...it is “lignum vitae” also known as “ironwood” one of the hardest/strongest woods on the planet, in the 1800’s they used to make bowling balls out of the same wood as these caster wheels.
Notice the beautiful grains of the wood!!
