    This is a solid aluminum vintage, but never used Texas Department of Transportation railroad and highway bridge inspection seal marker.
    These were placed on a large nail or spike and embedded into railroad and highway bridges to indicate an inspection by TxDOT had taken place.
    This solid aluminum marker measures 1.5 inches in diameter.
