    Vintage / antique Cast Iron Adjustable Industrial Legs Tall Table Base, maybe Kenney Bros? Each one adjusts from 13 1/2" to 8 1/4" tall,  they measure 9 3/4" across the base and 7 1/4" across the top. No breaks or repairs, paint is old and faded, paint loss and surface rust give these great natural patina. Final pic shows these along side another set i have listed.
